O voceiro dos Populares apremia a que se tome esta decisi\u00f3n xa que o vindeiro 25 de maio se empezar\u00e1 a aplicar unha nova normativa europea relativa ao tratamento de datos.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Ameijide criticou a desidia dos socialistas que \u201cdeixaron durante dous anos de lado os tr\u00e1mites para adaptarse a esta norma deso\u00edndo as indicaci\u00f3ns dos funcionarios\u201d en alusi\u00f3n a que este Regulamento Xeral de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos entrou en vigor o 25 de maio de 2016. \u201cNon fixeron absolutamente nada, non est\u00e1n ao que te\u00f1en que estar\u201d, sentenciou.<\/p>\n<p>O voceiro popular, co \u00e1nimo de conseguir coa maior celeridade posible axustarse a esta normativa, levar\u00e1 ao pleno de ma\u00f1\u00e1 unha moci\u00f3n de urxencia para acadar un acordo de toda a corporaci\u00f3n. \u201cPensamos que dado o car\u00e1cter e a sensibilidade da informaci\u00f3n que se manexa dende o Concello a alcaldesa deber\u00eda facer un maior esforzo por preservar e garantir o trato correcto dos datos que hai dos cidad\u00e1ns\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ameijide lamenta que, como sempre, o goberno de Lara M\u00e9ndez deixa todo para \u00faltima hora recalcando que \u201chai un desinterese manifesto e unha falta de xesti\u00f3n absoluta que afecta a cuesti\u00f3ns de toda \u00edndole\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Os populares explican que o delegado de protecci\u00f3n de datos \u201cpoder\u00eda ser un funcionario ou ben unha empresa externa\u201d de a\u00ed que reclamen unha xuntanza para valorar o sistema que m\u00e1is beneficie ao Concello.<\/p>\n<p>Dende o Grupo Popular indican que hai antecedentes, no ano 2010, de apercibimento ao Concello de Lugo por parte da Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos \u201cpor dar a calada por resposta\u201d a unha petici\u00f3n dun funcionario que solicitou a cancelaci\u00f3n de datos persoais.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=\u00bbin_container\u00bb scene_position=\u00bbcenter\u00bb text_color=\u00bbdark\u00bb text_align=\u00bbleft\u00bb overlay_strength=\u00bb0.3&#8243;][vc_column column_padding=\u00bbno-extra-padding\u00bb column_padding_position=\u00bball\u00bb background_color_opacity=\u00bb1&#8243; background_hover_color_opacity=\u00bb1&#8243; width=\u00bb1\/1&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row type=\u00bbin_container\u00bb scene_position=\u00bbcenter\u00bb text_color=\u00bbdark\u00bb text_align=\u00bbleft\u00bb top_padding=\u00bb-10&#8243; overlay_strength=\u00bb0.3&#8243;][vc_column column_padding=\u00bbno-extra-padding\u00bb column_padding_position=\u00bball\u00bb background_color_opacity=\u00bb1&#8243; background_hover_color_opacity=\u00bb1&#8243; width=\u00bb1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]Antonio Ameijide present\u00f3 hoy una moci\u00f3n de urgencia para que \u201cse designe el delegado de protecci\u00f3n de datos del&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":5169,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[39],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-7373","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-transparencia-es"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
