El Grupo Municipal del Partido Popular consigui\u00f3 que el pleno del Concello diese luz verde a la creaci\u00f3n de un Plan de Dinamizaci\u00f3n para el barrio de A Tiner\u00eda, pese a que el PSOE vot\u00f3 en contra de dicha propuesta.<\/p>\n

O centro hist\u00f3rico de Lugo que conta cunha gran riqueza arquitect\u00f3nica, art\u00edstica e cultural sufriu unha profunda transformaci\u00f3n nos \u00faltimos anos debido en gran medida \u00e1s pol\u00edticas levadas a cabo pola Xunta de Galicia que permitiron que un barrio degradado como o da Tiner\u00eda se atope en pleno proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n e rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Un dos retos de futuro para o barrio da Tiner\u00eda pasa por preservar a multifuncionalidade que \u00e9 un dos trazos que lle outorga identidade propia, onde ten un papel decisivo a funci\u00f3n residencial, ao ser garant\u00eda de heteroxeneidade social, pola contra estariamos ante unha baixa ocupaci\u00f3n residencial que empobrece a vida urbana e as relaci\u00f3ns sociais, nese sentido, a Xunta de Galicia dentro das s\u00faas pol\u00edticas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n do barrio contribu\u00edu a aumentar o n\u00famero de residentes a trav\u00e9s da recuperaci\u00f3n de vivendas, ao mesmo tempo que permitiu po\u00f1er freo \u00e1 deterioraci\u00f3n que estaba a sufrir A Tiner\u00eda.<\/p>\n

As actuaci\u00f3ns da Xunta de Galicia no barrio da Tiner\u00eda lamentablemente non se viron acompa\u00f1adas cun compromiso similar do Concello de Lugo, especialmente en materia de seguridade p\u00fablica, limpeza e recuperaci\u00f3n social, sendo imprescindible unha maior implicaci\u00f3n do Concello no \u00e1mbito das s\u00faas competencias a trav\u00e9s dun Plan de Dinamizaci\u00f3n que recolla unha serie de obxectivos e acci\u00f3ns como ser\u00edan o establecemento de incentivos fiscais para a rehabilitaci\u00f3n de locais e aperturas de negocios que se asenten no barrio; aumentar a limpeza e a presenza policial; potenciar a programaci\u00f3n cultural; impulsar proxectos de car\u00e1cter de social, etc, todo iso en colaboraci\u00f3n directa cos residentes e empresarios da zona.<\/p>\n

Por outra banda \u00e9 preciso crear no barrio unhas boas condici\u00f3ns no eido social, e mellorar a s\u00faa imaxe para deste xeito\u00a0 incentivar a xente a que resida no mesmo e que sirva como aliciente para que os emprendedores poidan investir e crear emprego.<\/p>\n

Por todo elo o Grupo Municipal Popular considera de interese municipal que o Pleno da Corporaci\u00f3n Municipal ACORDE:<\/p>\n

Instar ao Goberno Local \u00e1 elaboraci\u00f3n dun Plan de Dinamizaci\u00f3n do barrio de A Tiner\u00eda no que se recolla:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) Actuaci\u00f3ns para mellorar a imaxe e o d\u00eda a d\u00eda do barrio, en materia social, limpeza, seguridade e control de actividades.<\/li>\n
  2. b) Incentivos fiscais ou de calquera outro tipo, dirixidos ao asentamento de residentes no barrio.<\/li>\n
  3. c) Incentivos fiscais e axudas para favorecer o emprendemento e as iniciativas empresarias no barrio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
