CUATRO PROPOSICIONES DE PLENO<\/strong><\/p>\n

PROPOSICI\u00d3N PROPUESTAS CASCO HIST\u00d3RICO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Defenderemos una iniciativa para que se revisen y en su caso se mejoren los proyectos de ejecuci\u00f3n correspondientes a la iniciativa coraz\u00f3n verde entre murallas en el que alcanza a las Plazas de Sto Domingo y PGOM de las intervenciones de peatonalizaci\u00f3n del casco hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La presentaci\u00f3n de esta proposici\u00f3n junto con la presi\u00f3n de diferentes entidades vecinales provoc\u00f3 una reacci\u00f3n tard\u00eda del equipo de gobierno que \u201cparece que ahora se abre a modificar el proyecto\u201d lo que deja en evidencia a falta de di\u00e1logo que hubo ya que \u201cprimero hacen y luego escuchan\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a0CONVENIO FEGAMP USO INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS CENTROS EDUCATIVOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Otra de las iniciativas que presenta el Grupo Popular est\u00e1 encaminada a fomentar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludable, promocionar el deporte y mejorar la calidad de vida de los lucenses es la relativa a \u201cabrir las instalaciones deportivas de los colegios fuera del horario escolar a las tardes y fines de semana\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La propuesta que se pone arriba de la mesa es que el Ayuntamiento de Lugo se sume al convenio marco de la FEGAMP sobre uso de instalaciones deportivas en los centros educativos con el objeto de ampliar la oferta de espacios y as\u00ed aliviar la presi\u00f3n de solicitudes en las instalaciones que hay en la actualidad y que resultan insuficientes para la demanda que existe\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PACTO L\u00cdNEAS ESTRAT\u00c9GICAS SERVICIOS SOCIALES<\/strong><\/p>\n

El PP propone un pacto que defina las l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas para mejorar los servicios sociales del Ayuntamiento y la constituci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n para elaboraci\u00f3n un pacto institucional relativo a la planificaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n a los servicios sociales; Los populares tambi\u00e9n defienden, que de forma paralela, se reactive el Consejo Local de Servicios sociales para dar participaci\u00f3n al tejido social que mud\u00f3 mucho en los \u00faltimos tiempos con el \u00e1nimo de caminar de la mano de la nueva realidad que hay en el municipio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FECHA FIJA PARA ARDE LUCUS<\/strong><\/p>\n

El PP propone innovar en los contenidos y planificar y divulgar, con antelaci\u00f3n, el programa del Arde Lucus por lo que ma\u00f1ana defender\u00e1 una iniciativa con varias sugerencias para dar un \u00e1nimo la esta celebraci\u00f3n. Entre otros puntos solicitan que se celebre en una fecha fija.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CUATRO PREGUNTAS A PLENO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cu\u00e1l fue la causa de la caducidad de la modificaci\u00f3n puntual del PGOM en el \u00e1mbito URPI-58 para convertir esta \u00e1rea en una zona verde con el fin de dar continuidad al cintur\u00f3n verde que constituye el parque Rosal\u00eda de Castro y el Mi\u00f1o, ayudando a integrar el r\u00edo en la ciudad. Este contrato se inici\u00f3 el 7 de diciembre de 2020 y ten\u00eda un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 25 meses. A d\u00eda de hoy est\u00e1 caducado sin que se hayan aclarado las causas de @dito caducidad.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Solicitamos informaci\u00f3n sobre la propuesta realizada por ABANCA con respeto al cambio de parcela para viviendas sociales que estaban previstas en El Casta\u00f1o. Cual va a ser la postura del ayuntamiento al respeto.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Queremos saber cu\u00e1ndo se van a ejecutar las obras en los sillares del Puente Romano afectado por las comilonas del r\u00edo que arrastran restos vegetales.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Preguntamos en que situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 el Plan Municipal de Emergencias. Este documento fue aprobado por Junta de Gobierno en el a\u00f1o 2007. A d\u00eda de hoy tenemos un plan obsoleto y sin adaptar a la situaci\u00f3n real de la ciudad.<\/p>\n

TRES RUEGOS A PLENO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cuando llega el verano los parques infantiles ven incrementado el n\u00famero de usuarios por lo que deber\u00edan estar en un correcto estado de mantenemento y conservaci\u00f3n. Trasladamos a pleno un ruego para que se proceda a elaborar y dar cumplimiento a un plan de reparaci\u00f3n de los parques infantiles de la ciudad<\/p>\n

Presentamos un ruego para que se proceda a la actualizaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de toda la informaci\u00f3n institucional y uso no partidista en las plataformas digitales municipales<\/p>\n

En junio de 2022 la Comunidad de Montes en mano com\u00fan de Coeses present\u00f3 una solicitud para la reparcelaci\u00f3n de dos hincas de manera que podan cumplir con los requisitos necesarios para hacer un nuevo cementerio.
