{"id":15910,"date":"2021-09-13T14:00:23","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T14:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ppdelugo.com\/?p=15910"},"modified":"2021-09-13T10:29:35","modified_gmt":"2021-09-13T10:29:35","slug":"el-pp-se-brinda-a-lara-mendez-para-consensuar-una-normativa-de-convivencia-para-frenar-los-botellones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ppdelugo.com\/es\/el-pp-se-brinda-a-lara-mendez-para-consensuar-una-normativa-de-convivencia-para-frenar-los-botellones\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP se brinda a Lara M\u00e9ndez para consensuar una normativa de convivencia para frenar los botellones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El portavoz del Grupo Popular Ram\u00f3n Carballo lamenta \u201cla falta de implicaci\u00f3n y la indiferencia del gobierno local ante la problem\u00e1tica del botell\u00f3n que dej\u00f3 hace unos d\u00edas unas im\u00e1genes muy negativas para nuestra ciudad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el PP creemos que \u201cla alcaldesa no se puede escudar diciendo que estamos delante de una problem\u00e1tica generalizada; somos conocedores de que estamos ante un problema social y sabemos que no s\u00f3lo tiene responsabilidades el ayuntamiento pero lo que no admitimos es que de la batalla por perdida\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la pasividad de la alcaldesa el Grupo Popular los populares insisten en que hay que consensuar un Plan antibotell\u00f3n y sugieren que se pongan herramientas para que la polic\u00eda local act\u00fae; tambi\u00e9n reclama una mayor inversi\u00f3n en alternativas de ocio para los j\u00f3venes as\u00ed como programas de prevenci\u00f3n. \u201cHay que tomar medidas para evitar que se desmadre como pas\u00f3 el pasado jueves\u201d concluia Carballo quien advirti\u00f3 que \u201cno se debe demonizar a la juventud y responsabilizarlos de esta situaci\u00f3n que surge por el comportamiento inc\u00edvico de unos pocos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto dotar de una herramienta legal el Grupo Popular pone de nuevo sobre la mesa la necesidad de consensuar una ordenanza de convivencia y explica que Lugo es la \u00fanica gran ciudad de Galicia junto a Ourense que carece de esta normativa.
