Para Ram\u00f3n Carballo esta situaci\u00f3n \u00e9 moi preocupante porque demostra, unha vez m\u00e1is, a incapacidade de xesti\u00f3n do PSOE e o BNG.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNon \u00e9 de recibo que o goberno m\u00e1is caro da historia do concello de Lugo con 13 concelleiros con adicaci\u00f3n exclusiva, m\u00e1is os seus asesores con soldo p\u00fablico s\u00f3 conseguisen un grao de execuci\u00f3n de investimentos dun 15,37%. Eso significa que dos 21.336.271 \u20ac do cap\u00edtulo de investimentos tan s\u00f3 se executaron 3.279.393M\u20ac e que quedaron 18.056.877 \u20ac sen gastar\u201d aclarou.<\/p>\n<p>O popular tam\u00e9n recriminou que\u00a0 PSOE e BNG impuxeran para este 2020 subas encubertas de taxas e impostos.
